State Senator Jackie Cilley of Barrington, like all our elected representatives, works hard to keep in touch with her constituents. She met with concerned citizens in Somersworth Feb. 28 and, not suprisingly, the economiy was Topic A. Sen. Cilley talked about the economy, Gov.
