3/31/2009 : Sen. Shaheen Meets with Local Business Leaders on Credit Crunch
Sen. Jeanne Shaheen understands economic times are tough, and she’s working with the Obama administration in Washington to come up with lasting solutions. Sen. Shaheen meet with area automobile dealers in Dover March 30 to hear how the credit crun ch impacts their business and discuss possible solutions. "My goal," Sen. Shaheen said, "is to work with them and see what we can do to help." She has already brought some of the dealers credit concerns to Federal Reserve chair Bernanke. Solving the problems facing our economy won’t be easy, but Sen. Shaheen will continue to listen to New Hampshire while working for change in Washington.
