1/20/2010 : RIP Binx the Goat: A Great Democrat
Binx the Goat, a popular fixture at Democratic Party events, passed away Jan. 18, according to his owners Bill Higgins and Judy Hammond of Dover. Binx was 13 years old. Binx was a regular at campaign events for Democratic candidates, delighting children and grown-ups alike. The Strafford County Democratic Committee extends its condolences to Bill and Judy. We’ll all miss Binx during the coming campaign year!
